Experience

I began seeing clients in 2022 after spending 20 years in education as a teacher and school counselor. My experience has given me a strong foundation for connecting with people, listening without judgment, and helping them work through life’s challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy helping adolescents and adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I strive to create a comfortable and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged as they work toward their goals.

Education

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling in 2021, building on my extensive background in education and school counseling. My graduate training provided me with the clinical knowledge and skills needed to transition into professional counseling and begin working with clients in 2022.
