About Andrea
I specialize in working with women who experience anxiety, depression, or trauma, including specialized training for pregnancy and postpartum. I work with those who might be feeling the pressure to be Super Woman, maybe a Super Mom, or just a Super Everything. Maybe you are pregnant, postpartum, or struggling to get pregnant, and trying to cope with all the feelings and transitions. You rarely stop to take care of yourself before others because you just don’t have time or you’re too tired. The stress can be overwhelming, but you don’t know what to do because it feels like you are caught in an endless loop.
