A path to healing chronic illness/pain, anxiety & burnout for people who are tired of piecing it all together themselves. Healing begins with the Nervous System & I can support you in all aspects of holistic health- incorporating both your psychological & physical health/wellness in counseling, instilling a sense of safety and regulating the nervous system first before doing the deeper trauma work in therapy. This approach means longer term, sustained progress. My program is a comprehensive healing experience designed to accelerate progress beyond what is often possible in weekly therapy.
